Welcome to the 2008-2009 school year in Sumter School District Two. We congratulate our recent graduates from Crestwood and Lakewood High Schools who earned a collective $11.9 million in scholarships and are looking forward to the next chapter of their lives. We anticipate the same or even greater successes from our current students.

Relay For Life

Sumter School District Two raised $54,949.93 for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life. The Career Readiness Center collected $5,465.59 followed by the District Office with $5,216.00 and Pocalla Springs Elementary with $5,012.00.

District Teacher of the Year

Congratulations to Sharon Delaney, our District Teacher of the Year.  Mrs. Delaney  is also the campus Teacher of the Year at Ebenezer Middle School.
